We ALL need to lock up our medications.  We need to keep our children from accidentally or intentionally using prescription meds.  You never think your kid is going to try your anxiety medication.   You never think your good friend is going to take your pain medication.  I used to keep all of my vitamins and medications right near our glassware.  It was right where I could remember to take them with a glass of water.  I still keep things like my birth control and ibuprofen there.
